Marmonfosse (Alt.450m) is a unique place located in the middle of the forest of the Vosges mid-mountain range. Access to the forest is direct, and many walks start directly from your door.

Saint-Dié and Bruyères, two nearby towns, are provided with all the necessary facilities. The Hautes Vosges (Alt.1400m) offer a true paradise for hiking, about 30 minutes by car.

In winter you can take superb snowshoe walks and practice downhill and cross-country skiing.

Alsace, located an hour's drive away, with its characteristic culture, its Wine Route, and its beautiful cities such as Strasbourg and Colmar, is also well worth a visit, especially at Christmas time.
